"UNNA" - a pretty unusual name, especially in the UK..!I am trying to find any relatives at all that may be in either the UK or Germany. The only family tale I can recount is that some dim and distant relative became the chief Rabbi in "Unna" (a town just east of Dortmund) and took on the name of the town.I've got back as far as some chap called Kusal Ascher c.1720, but the whole tree is very sketchy at best.I would be very grateful if anyone out there knows anything about the name (or indeed the town..!)I'm happy to share information..please E-mail me.
