Carol Pack Urban's Family History Center

I'm researching my ancestors: Cook, Cooper, Cox, Dwiggins, Farley, Goff, Green, Hughes, Lilly, Martin, Meador/Meadows, Neely, Pack, Pine, Rollyson, Shumate, Sweeney and a few others from Virginia and West Virginia. The Faris and Gatliff families were Welsh immigrants who settled in Pennsylvania and then moved to Virginia.

I'm also researching my husband's ancestors: Biacovsky, Garcar, Kapura, Kicsin, Leja, Mraz/Mrazik, Pak, Urban, Vagasky and Vasko. All emigrating from Poland and Slovakia before 1910 and ending up in western Pennsylvania.

  Kicsin family from Kavecany, Slovakia. Some descendants immigrated to the U.S. and settled in western Pennsylvania.
• Puffenbarger Family Tree (1676 KB)
  Descendants of three Pfaffenberger brothers who left Ulmet, Germany in 1733 aboard the ship Pink Mary and settled in Tulpehocken Twp., Berks Co., PA. Some left PA for the frontiers of VA which is now part of WV.
