| We are researching the Urena, Gutierrez, Calvillo, Faire, McCart, Elliott, Gates, McCart, Coy, Crady, Burkheart, Dorsey, McCann, Wilkins, and Sutherland families. We have some data on the McCart decendants but very little data on the others. Our Grand Daughter celebrated New Years 1999/2000 with a Millennium party. As the clock ticked down the new Millennium started, it you all remember the rumors, the lights were still on and the computers of the world didn't "melt down". The girls started talking about how things have changed in the last 1000 years. The conversation came to: "I wonder what my family was doing on New Years day 1000 years ago". We pulled out my old family tree document handed down by my Aunt Becky. Aunt Becky and my Great Aunt Francis wanted to join the DAR, so they had documented the McCart family war records. However, we noticed that a lot of names and dates were missing from my copy. That started my curiosity working - so here we are!!! Any information would be appreciated.
