She married OSCAR EDWARD WONDERLY March 08, 1883 in Beatrice, Nebraska, son of DANIEL JR. and CLORENDA WALTERS. He was born June 18, 1861 in Peoria, Illinois, and died February 19, 1950 in Portland Oregon.

SCAR EDWARD WONDERLY:
Oscar E. Wonderly and Ellender Meserve were married in the Meserve family home, a sod house about 3 miles west of Cortland Nebraska. Sarah Meserve stayed there with her children until she sold the farm to a Jerry Pratt, who failed to make payments.

Oscar E. Wonderly and his wife Ellender with the Meserve family, A.B. Little with his wife Lucy and children David and Ruth, all migrated to Oregon via Spokane. A.B. Little settled in Rainier, O.E. Wonderly took up a Homestead in Beaver Valley between the John Atkins place and the Dr. J.W. Meserve Homestead at Delena, Oregon.

Oscar and Ellender arrived in Oregon on February 01, 1884, Went to home stead March 08, 1884.

She married ALMER BOWEN LITTLE June 27, 1878 in Gage Co. Nebraska. He was born October 26, 1852, and died March 02, 1902 in Phoenix, Arizona.

LMER BOWEN LITTLE:
A.B. Little was teaching in Gage County, Nebraska and Lucy Meserve was one of his pupils. Later they both taught school there and at Vancouver, Washington. Almer was the surveyor for Columbia County at the time of his death, March 2, 1902. Euna Little recalls seeing the flag at half mast on the Court House at St-Helens for almost a week as there was some delay in getting the body back from Phoenix, Ari. where he died. Almer's father was reported as being County Supt. of Schools in Gage County, Neb. before the Littles, Wonderlys and the Meserves came to Oregon in 1883.

  Notes for MAURICE JOSEPH LITTLE:
Morris was a Sgt. in the First World War and never recovered from the effects of the mustard gas. He did prospecting in Idaho where he worked in the mines. He never married.
