Welcome to my "21st century" attempt at sharing with you the histories of the Caplan family and the Utay family. I will continue to make changes and improvements and add more photos as often as possible. Please feel free to e-mail me at any time with your comments, suggestions, and corrections. Meanwhile, I hope you will have fun with this website and learn a lot more about the Caplans, who arrived in Galveston, TX, beginning in 1904, and the Utays, who arrived in New York (Ellis Island) in 1904.
