| This is only the beginning of work that has taken years to compile. Granny Cobb supplied a lot of the information with the Family Bible and by dates that were written in the New Testament that her Great Uncle Emery had carried throughout the Civil War and Spanish War. I still have the Bible, although it's very brittle and has seen better days. Then other information came from a lucky break here and there. Some stories were gathered along the way which made this all the more fascinating. I hope you enjoy the web page. |
