Certificate #3327 issued December 17, 2001 by the Oregon Genealogical Society, Inc. certifying that I am a descendant of John Uttinger who was an Oregon Pioneer and lived in Oregon prior to October 1872. The first of my family was part of the "Elliott Cut Off" in 1853. The rest followed shortly thereafter.
