| We are researching the Vance family who changed their name from Vasasky to Vance in the early 1920's and who originally came from Warsaw in early 1880's. Warsaw at the time of their departure was still part of Russia, later to be revert back to Poland. Also, the Gillis family who came from Scotland in the late 1790's to very early 1800's. They first settle in North Carolina and then went on to settle in Georgia. If you have any information on any of these families, I would be very intrested in seeing it and sharing what all we have. |
