We are researching these families. The first being the VanDenBerg family that came from Doornspijk, Gelderland of the Netherlands. The family came to America in 1856 and settled in East Saugatuck, Fillmore Twnshp, Allegan County, Michigan. The father's name was Egbert and the Mother was Hendrikje VanVeenhuizen. I have the family traced back to Beert Evertz and wife Hendrijen Willemz in the early 1700's but need information on children's families that stem from Egbert and Hendrikje. The second family is the Eimert Bouman-Maria deWaal family (1715) that comes from Wijk, North Brabant, Netherlands. Any information connected with this family would be appreciated. Jacobus (1843-1927)and Elizabeth Deij (1848-1899) settled in Grand Rapids and Holland Michigan with their family of 6 children. However, there are other family members who settled elsewhere and we would like these connections. The Tilma family comes from Ferwerd, Friesland, Netherlands. Piers Jan Tilma (1755-1824). Pier was marrieed to Elkje Jans VanderLinde(1755-1832). The family came to America in 1869 and settled in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
