Schaefer,Shaver,Huffman Family of WV, Va

I am researching the Schaefer family from Va, West Va. They start around 1796 when the first 3 sons came here from Germany on the Peggy from Amsterdam to the Port of George Town.There names were Johan Schaefer, all three had the same first names but different middle names (normal for those times) they settled in West Virginia (then Virginia) and have produced a very large family that has scattered all over the U.S. A. I am also searching the surnames of Huffman,Cozad, Cozatt, Shaver, Shaffer, and many others, come check us out and if you find that you are a cousin please dont hesitate to contact me and we will share info and perhaps meet at our annual family reunion.
