I am researching the Vanderpool family descended from Wynant Gerritse, born 1620 and immigrated to the New Nederlands Colony. The Nebraska Vanderpools belong to the Southern Vanderpools, who migrated to the Carolinas, through Tennessee and Kentucky on through to Missouri, Iowa and Nebraska. Although I am a direct Vanderpool descendent, my research isn't limited to the Vanderpool line. It also includes the families/clans of Louden, Clark, Manley, Wild, Sandlin/Sandilands, Hamilton, Sweeney, Anthony, Post, Mookers, and MacMurray, to name but a few.
