* The Dutch Noble Family - van Grotenhuis van Onstein*

Dear Reader.

I am the last male descendant of my family and am writing a book about it's history.

Although our roots are traceable to 1420 (in a direct line), I believe the family to be at least two centuries older. I would be very interested to recieve ANY information regarding our name or artifacts you might have seen bearing the family crest (a red house on a golden shield, borne by two brown lions and a crowned helmet with two armoured fists).

Please note: ONLY the name with the prefix "van" will be relevant!
