| Tollef Joanneses Grendheim, aka Thomas Grendheim, came to the US in 1885 from Norway. He was born in Ente, Norway. He first lived in Braceville, Il. then later moved to Joliet, Il. His father was Johannes Stodle and his mother Bertha Grindheim. Bertha came to the US in about 1890. John Stodle married and moved to the northern part of Norway. He never emmigrated to the US. I don't know what port Bertha or Thomas arrived in when they came to the US. If you have any information about these people or relatives please email me. Thank you. |
