I'm researching the VanWhy family from the Monroe County area and als looking for any information about the Vester family . I am starting with Aert VanWeyen, he was originally from the Netherlands And settled in the Port Jervis area in the 1750's and Married Cornelia Kermer about 1752 .They had three children Hendricus VanWeyen,Henry VanWhy,and Catherine VanWhy.Henry served in the Revolutionary War with George Washington.He settled in the Smithfield Township area after the war.
