Notes for JOSEPH J. JOHNSON:
Joseph was a second generation Lather by trade. I have been unable to find a copy of his death certificate. According to Emma's death certificate Joseph was still alive at the time of her death in 1932. He is not mentioned in brother Olaus's obit in 1947.

On the 1900 Cook County Chicago censusWard 15 ED 469 it shows Joseph, Emma and cousin Andrew Olson living at 950 N. Talman Ave. West Town ,Emma and Joseph being married for 11 months, occupation for Joseph was listed as a Lather, Andrew as a
Sailor. Census was taken June 5,1900.
