Vandergaw Families came to this country in early Colonial Times from the Netherlands. They settled in New York. When they came is uncertain. We have Vandergaw's in Alaska, Oregon and California who are all related to my husband's family.
I also do research and welcome inquiries on my family lines that include Pearsons from Illinois and CA., Maxwells of N. Carolina and Georgia, Logans of N. Carolina and Georgia, Robertsons of Georgia, Alabama, and CA., Morse Family of Georgia, and Edgertons of Georgia. I am willing to share any information that I have.
