This photo was taken of Albert Nickerson and his wife Dellah on their 50th wedding anniversary, March 1946 in Oroville, Butte Co, Calif. Albert & Dellah were long time residents of Reeds Springs, Stone Co, MO and had moved to Butte Co, Calif. only a few years earlier to be near their only child, Viola Nickerson Crabtree and their 8 grandchildren whom had moved to Calif. during the dust bowl era of 1935.
