Richard Latham was born in Mississippi, a son of Emanuel Latham & Sarah (Sally) Lawrence, and a grandson of Jonathan Lawrence & Elizabeth Edwards from Bibb Co. Alabama. He married Mildred Jane Gibson (1854-1900) in 1873 in Grenada Co. MS, where they both are now buried. Photo is courtesy of great-grandaughter, Fran Bearden.
