Mom and baby are doing good. Baby Will's coloring is really good. The doctor's will run tests throughout the weekend on his heart and we'll know more when those reports come back. I wanted to let you all know that Billy is now out of ICU and in a regular room.YAY! He's being fed around the clock and has gained a pound and is back up to a little over 6 pounds. Although his main feeding is through a tube right now, they are working on his bottle feeding and that seems to be progressing nicely. Hopefully when he goes home in a week or two he will be totally eating from a bottle and we can do away with the tube. We're really thrilled with the progress and are thankful for prayers answered. Yesterday at 4:30 p.m. Billy was released from the hospital (just in time for rush hour traffic). YAY! on the baby getting released, BOO on the traffic. The medical staff made him go through car seat testing for an hour to make sure he wouldn't go into cardiac arrest before they signed the final walking papers. He will be going in for weekly doctor visits from now until his next surgery. He is totally on a bottle which is very good! No tube feeding!! Ami is very happy to be home. Now if she can only get some much needed rest! Those two hour feedings and the in and out of medical staff put a big dent in her sleep. Thank you all so much for your continued prayers.
