THE "BEGATS" OF THE VITELLI,PATTERSON,KEY FAMILIES

Updated August 29, 2009

This is about 20 yrs of research. In the beginning it was slow work writting letters by mail and waiting for answers. Now with fast internet it has speeded up the process. I have visited many grave site, and several battle sites. Many liberies including Libery of Congress in Washington DC. Correspondance all over the US, England, Ireland and of course Italy. I have a great love for family history. With many of them its as if I knew them personally. I am a honorary member of the POLOR BEARS. This was the 85th Division Army of WW11 were my Uncle Cleaston Patterson was MIA. I have visited the battle area and US Cemetary where his name is on wall in Italy. Use google and go to cleaston patterson and it will bring you to the site with his story of the 85th Div. I recently been sworn in as a SONS OF CONFEDERATE VETERANS in Ga. My gg grandfather Rice Key died in Savannah 1862, I have Been there also. This is an never ending project, but time to put it all together for family and future family members. There will be some mistakes in dates, spelling of names and the ommision of names I just don't have or overlooked. This is where family members come in. Please E Mail me with corrections or ommissions. This site will be continually updated so look in on it at times. It will be put in some sort of print form soon for all who would like a copy.
GOD BLESS
