| Welcome to the Vohwinkle family home page. My name is Ron Vohwinkle and I am the son of John E. Vohwinkle and Dorthy L. (Brown) Vohwinkle. I was born in Flint Michigan and still live in the general area. I am interested in any family with the same spelling and also in the line that spells the last name Vohwinkel. I am to understand that this spelling is the original spelling of our surname and that my great grandfather changed the spelling to the one I use now. I am trying to trace my family history as far back as possible, even to Germany where our family is from. If you have any information on the Vohwinkle or Vohwinkel family I would appreciate any help.
