The Ernest Gene Wades of Georgia and Tennessee
| Am researching not only the WADE family but ODOM, PERKINS, PERRY, SPENCER, RICE, BYERS, GIBBS and MEEK.Most of these families wound up in the Tennessee counties of Hardin, McNairy and Chester after migrating from Virginia, NC and SC. Am especially interested in determining ancestryof father for Harvey Blackburn Wade (1813-1889. I believe his father was Austin M. Wade (abt 1778-abt 1851) Researchers differ but the only documentation I can find is a will of Austin Wade listing a Harvey Wade (Maury CY, TN).
