I am researching the WITTEKIND,WITTEKINDT,WIEDEKIND,WEDDEKIND, WEDEKIND. My WITTEKIND'S come mainly from Kassel-Hessen area, they are also from HEIDELBERG, BUEDINGEN, HANNOVER, AND other areas. I am also researching The BITTERBERG, ROTTER NAMES. I have a small book that was published by an ancestor in 1911 after his researching of church, university, and other records in germany. Which most of the records could no longer be found since a lot of records were distroyed in the Wars. I would love to connect with other possible relatives. My direct line of ancestors immigrated to the USA in the 1800's to NY, PA, NE. and California that I know of so far. Many are Calif. who do not know they have relatives back east. I need to contact them. Some of which moved to Arizona and North or South Carolina maybe even Fla.
