| This tree contains the beginning of my research that has been done on the Peter Marcy/Sarah Stockdale family. I have basic information obtained from Census reports, Birth Certificates, Marriage Certificates & Death Certificates. Any additional information that can be provided would be greatly appreciated. I am extremely interested in the life of young Peter Marcy. Stories have led us to believe that he was born in Atlanta, GA as a slave & escaped during the Civil War. We have info about his life after the war, but nothing about his owners or parents. |
