Researching Wagoner, Deal, Pardieck, Schwegman, Austin, Barnes,and Williams families. Looking for WAGONER information about John J. Wagoner Jr., born July 1795 in Ohio and died April 1848 in DeKalb Co., IN. He married Margret Oberlin. His children were Josiah P. Wagoner, b. May 11, 1833, and William Wagoner. Conrad/Konrad Deal/Diel/Thiel was a Hessian soldier captured at the battle of Trenton, NJ, Dec. 26,1776, and then farmed out to Henry Krum/Crum in Lancaster Co., PA. He married Anna Crum and lived in Frederick Co., VA after the Rev. War. Frederick Pardieck was born May 8, 1850 in Germany (Damme?). He settled in Richmond, IN, and was a chairmaker. He married Bernadina Kohorst who was born in abt.1850 in Germany on April 9, 1872, in St. Andrew's Church in Richmond, IN. James William Barnes was born in London, England, on December 25, 1839, and died April 8, 1927 in Waterville, OH. He married Olive Emily Austin on February 22, 1861, and enlisted in the Union Army four days later for four years. After the war they settled at Haskins, OH. |
