THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me John Walker of Croydon in the 
 County of Surrey Gentleman I give devise and bequeath all the real and 
 personal estate of which I shall be possessed or entitled at the time of my decease unto my wife Jessy Walker absolutely and I 
 appoint my said wife sole Executrix of this my will and revoke all 
 previous wills by me at any time heretofore made In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand this 26th day of April in the year of our 
 Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy five - John Walker - Signed 
 by the said John Walker the testator in our presence who in his presence and in the presence of each other at the same time 
 subscribe our names as witnesses - John Nunn - Harriet Mary Nunn.
On the 22nd May 1891 Probate of this will was granted to Jessy Walker the
