I Ethel Gwendolyn Walker of Wykeham, Alexander Road, Sheringham in the 
County of Norfolk, Widow, hereby revoke all former Wills and testamentary 
dispositions made by me and declare this to be last. Will. -----------
 1. I appoint my son Stuart Havelock Walker and my daughter Joyce Havelock 
Daniels (hereinafter called "my Trustees") to be the Executors and 
Trustees of this my Will. ------
 2. I give and bequeath the sum of Five hundred pounds to my Trustees to 
be held by them upon trust to invest the same in their absolute 
discretion for the benefit  of our loyal friend Ivy Ladell Knowles and to pay therefrom out of the capital and income the sum of Fiftytwo 
pounds per annum to the said Ivy Ladell Knowles during her lifetime or 
until the said sum with such interest thereon as it may have earned shall be expended but in the event of the death of the said 
Ivy Ladell Knowles before such sum with interest is expended then I give 
the balance available at her death to my said son Stuart Havelock Walker and my said daughter Joyce Havelock Daniels in equal 
shares absolutely or the whole to the survivor of them should either have 
died in the lifetime of the survivor of myself and the said Ivy Ladell Knowles.----------------------------
 3. Subject to the payment of my debts and funeral and testamentary 
expenses and the legacy given by this my Will or any Codicil hereto and 
the legacy duty on such as are given free of duty I give all the residue of my property of every description unto my Trustees upon 
trust that they shall sell call in and convert into money such part 
thereof as shall not consist of money with power in their absolute discretion to postpone such sale calling in and conversion for so 
long as they shall think fit and shall stand possessed of the net 
proceeds of such sale calling in and conversion and of my ready money in trust for my son the said Stuart Havelock Walker and my 
daughter the Said Joyce Havelock Daniels in equal shares absolutely or to 
the survivor of them should either have predeceased me. --------------------
 4. Provided Always that if either of the said Stuart Havelock Walker or 
Joyce Havelock Daniels shall die in my lifetime leaving a child or 
children living at my death such child or children shall stand in the place of their deceased parent and take and equally between them 
if more than one such share or interest under this my Will which their 
deceased parent would have taken if he or she had survived me. -------------------------------
