 Street in the City of London Metal Trades Valuer and Accountant I appoint 
 my dear wife Susan Ellen sole EXECUTRIX of this my Will I give devise and bequeath the whole of my estate both real and 
 personal to my said wife for her own absolute use and benefit and hereby 
 revoke all wills and testamentary dispositions at any time heretofore made by me and I declare this only to be my last Will and
