THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me James Bourn of St. George's Place Bath Gentleman I give device appoint and bequeath all my real and personal Estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever which I shall die possessed of or entitled to or which I may have any power to appoint or dispose of by this my will (except Estates vested in me as Trustee or Mortgagee) unto my son Henry Bourn and my sons in law Henry Walker Lucas and Robert Adam Whytlaw (hereinafter called my trustees) for all my Estate and interest therein Upon trust to collect all sums of money which may be due to my Estate and to convert into money all such parts of my personal Estate as shall not consist of money and to sell my real and chattel real Estate by Public or Private sale at such prices and subject to such special or other conditions and in such manner in all respects as they shall think proper and to do all acts requisite for effecting such sale as they may think expedient and after payment thereout of my just debts funeral and Testamentary expenses to divide the net proceeds arising from such collection conversion and sale unto and equally between my children Sturges Bourn Jane Lucas wife of the said Henry Walker Lucas the said Henry Bourn Emily Ruth Whytlaw wife of the said Robert Adam Whytlaw Mary Ann Baldwin Bourn Alice Bourn and my Granddaughter Mary Lunn Bourn daughter of my deceased son Charles James Bourn I device all Estates vested in me as Trustee or Mortgagee at my decease unto the said Henry Bourn Henry Walker Lucas and Robert Adam Whytlaw subject to the equities affecting the same Estates respectively and I appoint them Executors of this my Will As witness my hand this third day of February one thousand eight hundred and seventy seven - Jas Bourn - Signed by the Testator James Bourn in the presence of us present at the same time who in his presence and the presence of each other hereto subscribe our names as witnesses - I.W.
