 declare this to be my last will ans testament I give and bequeath to my 
 daughter Ellen Jane Walker wife of John Havelock Walker my freehold houses No 5 Queen Annes Terrace Kymberley Road Harrow No 3 Powis 
 Villas Sydenham Road North Croydon and my leasehold house Upna Ghur No 2 
 Whitworth Road South Norwood to my daughter Annie Bourn my freehold houses Swiss Cottage Kymberley Road Harrow No 2 Powis 
 Villas Sydenham Road North Croydon No 2 Leonards Villas 53 Dagnall Park 
 South Norwood and my leasehold house No 10 Whitworth Road South Norwood to my grand daughter Ellen Jessie May Walker twenty pounds 
 free of legacy and any other duty to my grandson Henry Havelock Walker 
 twenty pounds free of legacy and any other duty and the rest and residue of my property real and personal of which I shall die 
 possessed or be entitled to I wish devised equally between my two 
 daughters Ellen Jane Walker and Annie Bourn I hereby appoint my daughter Annie Bourn and my son in law John Havelock Walker EXECUTORS and 
 trustees of this my will and I hereby revoke all former wills at any time 
 made by me and declare this to be my last will Dated this eighteenth day of November one thousand eight hundred and ninety

 therefrom to my said daughter Ellen Jane Walker for her life and at her death to be given to my granddaughter Ellen Jessie May 
 Walker absolutely and my house Swiss Cottage Harrow to be also held by my 
 said executors and trustees to pay the income derived therefrom to my said daughter Annie Bourn for her life and if at her 
 death she has no issue to be given to my grandson Henry Havelock Walker
