This is the last will of me Thomas Micklam of Powers Court Road, Buckland in the parish of Portsea in the County of Hants Gentleman. Whereby I give devise and bequeath all my Real and Personal Estate and Effects unto my dear wife Ann Micklam for and during the term of her natural life and from and after her decease I give devise and bequeath the same unto my dear son Thomas Micklam otherwise Thomas Levett of Winchester in the said county of Hants Architect and Surveyor and I hereby appoint him sole Executor of this my will. In witness whereog I have hereunto set my hand and subscribed my name this seventh day of August one thousand eight hundred and eighty nine. Signed by the said Thomas Micklam the Testator as and for his last will and testament on the day of the date thereof in the presence of us both being present at the same time who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other, have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses. BE IT KNOWN that at the date hereunder written thr last Will and Testament of Thomas Micklam of 47, Margate Road Southsea in the County of Southampton Gentleman formerly of Powers Court Road Buckland Portsea in the county aforesaid deceased, who died on the 23rd day of March 1897 at 47 Margate Road aforesaid and who at the time of his death had a fixed place of abode at 47 Margate Road aforesaid within the District of the County of Hants was proved and registered in the District Probate Registry of Her Majesty's High Court of Justice at Winchester and that Administration of the personal estateof the said deceased was granted by the aforesaid Court to Thomas Micklam of Oriel House 25 City Road in the City of Winchester Architect and Surveyor the sole Executor named in the said will he having been first sworn well and faithfully to administer the same.
