In the name of God Amen I William Bramble of the tything of Kingston within the parish of Canford Magna in the county of Dorset Gentelman but residing at Hampreston within the said county of Dorset being sick and weak in body but of sound mind and memory thanks be given to almighty god do make and ordain this my last will and testament Principally and first of all I give and I recommend my soul into the hands of almighty God that gave it and my body I recommend to the earth to be buried in decent christian burial at the discretion of my hereinafter named executor and as touching such worldly estate wherewith it has pleased God to bless me in this life I give devise and dispose of the same in the following manner and form (first I will that all such just debts as I shall owe at the time of my decease together with my funeral charges be paid and discharged. Item I give to my dearly beloved wife Barbara and to her heirs all that piece or parcel of land that I purchased of John Reeks lying in Ensbury in the tything of Kingston within the parish of Canford Magna in the county of Dorset aforesaid Item I give to my beloved wife Barbara all my household goods in and belonging to the house wherein I now live together with two Bedsteads one large Chest one Cheese xxxxx one Barrel and one large Copper which I left in the posession of James Henry Dale at my house at Ensbury Item I give to my beloved wife Barbara my little horses Item I give to my sister Jane Harvey the sum of 21 shillings Item I give to my sister Margaret Edwards the sum of 21 shillings Item I give to my sister Anne Bramble the sum of 21 shillings Item I give to my three nevews John Edwards Robert Edwards and James Bramble all my wearing apparel to be equally divided betwixt them except my silver watch xxxxx that I give to my nevew James Bramble Item I give to my nevew Stephen Pack and to my three nieces Martha Weston, Jane Blanchford and Sarah Pack son and daughter of my sister Martha Pack the sum of 21 shillings to be equally divided betwixt them. Item I give to my beloved wife Barbara the sum of ten pounds to be paid to my wife immediately after my decease. Item I give to my brother James Bramble all my iron wedges and all my old iron. Item I give my silver shoe buckels to my brother James Bramble. All the rest residue and remainder of my estates goods and chattels not herein before given I give devise and bequeath to my brother James Bramble whome I likewise constitute make and appoint my whole and sole executor of this my last will and testament and I do hereby dissallow disannul and revoke all former wills testaments bequests and executors whatsoever by me in any ways before named willed and bequeathed satisfying and confirming this and no other to be my last will and testament.
