      2. Robert Henderson2 Sr. (Daniel1 Henderson) was born 1748 in Allegheny, Pennsylvania, and died 1819 in Mason or Carter County, KY at the age of 70. He married Mary Polly Jackson Abt. 1775 in Allegheny, Pennsylvania. She was born 1752 in Pennsylvania.

Robert Henderson is believed to be the same Robert Henderson listed in the
1790 census of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, as living in Pitt Township.

Robert was the Justice of the Peace in Greenup County from 1813 to 1816. He
was also the Big Sandy Judge in 1817 and 1818 when he died. Robert settled
Carter County in 1803 and built a house upon the site which is called Camp 60.
He later moved across Tygarts Creek and upon what is now called Democrat
Hill.

+ 9 iii.   James Alexander Henderson Sr., born July 06, 1784 in Washington, Pennsylvania; died June 24, 1866 in Olive Hill, Carter County, Kentucky.
+ 10 iv.   Mary Henderson, born 1786 in Washington, Pennsylvania; died Bet. 1840 - 1850.
+ 11 v.   Esther Henderson., born May 14, 1793 in Mason County, Kentucky; died March 28, 1884 in Carter County, Kentucky.
  12 vi.   William Sanders Henderson, born 1801 in Kentucky; died Bet. 1832 - 1892. He married Sally Miller October 09, 1826.
