On June 6, 1833, a David W. Qualls served as Justice of Peace Bedford County
Court in the State of Virginia. David W. Qualls listed to statements in a case
made by Thomas Hadwick that Thomas was entitled to a Revolutionary War
Pension to be transferred from Virginia to Greenup County, KY. This is in a
book "Record of Soldiers of Revolutionary War, War of 1812, Indian Wars who
received pensions while residing in Greenup County, KY."
