1. Pg 33: Deed Book A - June 20, 1816: Indenture from John Graham to Spencer Spears in the amount of $90.00 for 100 acres on John's Creek, adjoining land of Ebenezer Hanna and William Webb.

2. Pg 61: County Court Book 1 - November 28, 1809: Motion by Spencer Adams, Esguire, that John Kelly, John Adams, Matthew Caudill and William Webb mark road from Cumberland Mountains to Jesse Gullett's.

3. Pg 179: County Court Book 3 - March 16, 1819: William Webb appointed surveyor of the road from Abbott Shoal to the forks of Little Paint in place of John Hager, deceased.

4. Pg 181: County Court Book 3 - September 20, 1819: On the motion of Thomas Burchett, ordered that William Webb, Ebenezer Hanna, Peter Mankins and Thomas Speers mark a road from the mouth of Miller's Creek to intersect the road at Hanna Stratton's.
