He married MARTHA AMANDA WICKLIFFE 1802 in South Carolina. She was born Abt. 1781 in South Carolina, and died Unknown in Amite County, Mississippi.

Drury W. Wall listed as living in Amite Co. Miss in 1816 .
"Henry Hurst came to Springfield, La. from Charleston, S.C. by boat with the Walls, Keachams, etc., Henry Hurst's wife died at sea and was buried there with the youngest child, John J." Submittted by Mr. John H. Parker, Liberty, Miss. This came from the book "The Stewarts of Amite County" by Dr. Edsel Stewart. Three of Drury's children married children of Henry Hurst (Rueben, Mary Susanna, and Sarah Cassandra). Drury was also a witness to the will of Henry Hurst on Nov. 18, 1825.

"The Compendium of American Genealogy" list Drury as a Methodist Episcopal Minister.

Drury William Wall is listed as a Constable from Amite Co. in 1818, ("The Stewarts of Amite County"

1820 Census records list Drury Wall from Amite Co. along with (2) males under 10, (2) males 10 - 16, (1) male over 45, (2) females under 10, and (2) females 10 - 16. (No female listed to match Amanda Wickliffes age)
