He was Jesse Payne GRAY, born in TX, married Ora Lawler 5June1914, and died in 1918 at Fort MacArthur, Waco, TX. His parents were Jasper Columbus GRAY and his mother was Frances MORAN. He had one sister named Amanda Maydaline GRAY(Mrs. J.B. ELLIS)who's children were born in Callahan County, TX. He had a brother named John Dolphus Gray who was a "famous" sheriff in Hobbs, NM. His other siblings were Robert Lee, Missy, Early C., Joshua W., Frank, Walter Wallace, Jewel, Rush Oliver, and James Millard. Looking for all the new cousins I can find !!!!!
