| I am researching the Wands family tree which I think originated in the Stirling area of Scotland and from information received to date spread to areas all over the world including Liverpool, Australia, USA and Canada.The family were involved in the weaving (tailoring) trade, obviously with a few diverting to other trades due to lack of work and moving areas. A couple of the branches have been formed due to members joining the army and some research needs to be done in this area. I am interested in any Wands families all over the world and my aim is to try and get our branches joined at the one source probably in the Stirling area of Scotland. |
