Warskow/Warsco family home page
Johann And his wife Johanna "Hannah" Warskow came to America from Stettin, Prussia in 1856 along with their four children; William August Warskow, nine years old, Charles (Carl Albert) Warskow, six years old, Johann Warskow Jr., three years old and Warner Warskow, a one year old. In 1857, Johann and his family settled their first farm, a 160 acre farm located in Royalton Township near St. Joseph, Michigan. The family name was changed from Warskow to Warsco soon after arriving in this country. |
