Mrs. Lena Wibley Dies at Home In Springfield

Mrs. Lena Jones Wibley, aged 41 years, wife of John Wibley, died Wednesday evening at her home in Springfield. Mrs. Wibley some time ago underwent a severe surgical operation for stomach trouble from which she never rallied, but gradually grew worse until death resulted.

Mrs. Wibley was the mother of seven children, the youngest of which is but a few months old. Mrs. Wibley was the daughter of Mrs. Phoebe Jones and a sister of Charles and Lineous Jones of London and Hampton Jones of Milford.

The funeral services were held at her late home this afternoon at 2 o'clock. The body will be brought to London Friday morning and taken to the home of Mrs. Wibley's mother Mrs. Jones in Water Street, where it will remain until 2 o'clock in the afternoon when it will be buried in Kirkwood cemetery.
