Family History - WARE, EARLY, FISHER, JONES, SECHRISTUpdated November 2, 2002 |
Thank you for visiting my Family Tree Home Page. I am constantly updating information as I find it, so please keep checking back. I am searching for my roots in the Ware, Fisher, Early, Jones and Sechrist families. Currently I am obsessed with my Ware lineage. My Ware's are found in North Carolina in the late 1800's and 1900's along with the Fisher's and Early's. My Ware's are said to be Scotch Irish. I am hopeful to make the connection to the old country. So far, I have made it back to William and Elizabeth Ware. I know nothing of William other than his descendants. If you find a connection to your own Ware Family - please share with me. My earliest Early are Pink and Margaret and my earliest Fisher is John Alexander Fisher. The Fisher's are from Germany. John Alexander may have been born in Germany, but for certain his father was. It is told that we lost land during WWII and were unable to recover it later. If you are inquiring of the Sechrist family - I have much to share going back to Switzerland in the early 1700s. There are MANY family threads attached to the Sechrists and I would love to add more information. There is much documentation about the Sechrists as they were early settlers of Jackson Township. My Sechrist line ends with Christian Sechrist. My Jones line will most certainly be difficult to trace. There are so many Jones' out there. My Jones line goes to England and we have run into many brick walls due to the loss of records during the war. Thomas Frederick Jones was born in 1883 in West Ham, London.
