  This is Fisher's Hill which is located just outside of Strasberg VA. It is the site of a large Civil War battle and the home area of the ancestors of the Biddle family.
• Fisher Hill, Battlefield , Shenendoah Virginia (555 KB)
  This land area once belonged to Jacob Funkhouser. The Funkhouser's were owners of this land two hundred years before the Civil War happed. They owned the land up until the early 1970's. The Funkhouser, Lorentz, and Mason lines begin in this area and contributed to the Biddle line.
