Descendants of Anna (Larsdotter) DalanderUpdated April 8, 2002 | |
| I am researching the Anna (Larsdotter) Erickson Dalander family. Mrs. Anna Dalander immigrated to Iowa from Sweden in the late 1840's or early 1850's. At the time she immigrated she was the widow of Eric Erickson. Both were from Vasterlosa, Ostergotland, Sweden. I am also researching the A.M. (Anders Magnus) Sundberg family. I have very little information on A.M. Sundberg's (my great grandfather) family. I do know they moved to Madrid, Iowa after the Great Chicago Fire. A.M. Sundberg was a cabinet maker and an undertaker. A number of other references have recenty come into my possession which have helped immensly, including a biographical study done by a distant cousin on our family cemetry, and another family tree written by several cousins for the purpose of the Madrid, Iowa centennial celebration 18 years ago. I have also acquired information on my father's family, The Gilbert and Trullinger families of Audubon and Carroll County Iowa. So I am launching my inquiry into his side of the family. Any information shared about any of these families would be appreciated. I am more than happy to share my information with others. |
