I am researching the Ward family from Searcy Co., Arkansas. Benjamin Edward Ward (1863-1930) filed a homestead claim at the Harrison Land Office in the 1892. I don't know, but I think his parents came from Tennessee. He married Hannah M. Jane Horten (1864-1955) and they had thirteen children: Gertrude, Jacob Cahal, Nathanial T., Claude Isa, Martha A., Arnie M., Clauvis Moose,
Jesse Carroll, Ail J., David A., Cloy, Dewey "Hubby", and Avery Victor.
In addition, I'm searching for the ancestry of James Daniel Day (1877-1953) of Harrisburg, IL. He married Ida Bell Banks (1878-1968) and they had one daughter: Goldie Lane, and five sons:William Hobert, Harvey, Charles, Hubert, and Archie.
Any information would be appreciated. I am also willing to share the information that I have.
