  These are the grandchildren of Peter Campbell and Minna Cowie, the children of Irene, Peter, Gregor, William and Elsie Campbell. The oldest is 13 years, the youngest is 15 months.
• Peter Campbell with sons (678 KB)
  My great-grandfather, Peter Campbell with sons Peter(my grandfather) and James about 1907. Peter enlisted in the Argyll & Sutherland Highlanders of the British Army, a kilted regiment. He saw service with the regiment in Scotland, England, Ireland, twice to India, and Hong Kong, China. In 1900, Peter was appointed Colour-Sergeant of the Territorials at Ballachulish in Argyllshire, Scotland until about 1909.

  The young girl is my paternal grandmother, Viola Darnell. We are guessing the the woman in the center is her mother, but not sure if the older man and woman are related or not. Dad thinks they are Viola's parents and thinks they are of American Indian descent???
