I am currently researching my family tree, this includes the names of Ward, Ball, Walton, Warren, Nortcliffe, Poole, Roberts and Wilks. If anyone has any information on any of these name I would be more than happy to hear from them. All the names are from the South Yorkshire Area except my grandfather, Arthur Ward who emigrated to Canada as a child then came back to the UK as a soldier in the first world war. The wilk were church people and spent time in Oxfordshire before, I believe moving to Nottinghamshire. |
