as other distributees. Son Elijah N. Webb Apt. her guardian. Son William R.
Webb not to recieve any portion. To son Thomas Webb $5.00. Exec. Elijah N.
Webb. Wits. E.E. Griffith, B.B. McCroskey.
Executed 12-31-1874. Probated July 1878.
William was laid to rest at the Webb Family Cemetery, he had a falling out with the church and
did not want to be buried in the church cemetery there with his wife.

"Being week in body --" To sons Elijah and Thomas Nelson Webb my creek
farm (120 acres). To son Thomas Nelson Webb 100 acres off my home farm. To son
James Wesley Webb 60 acres off home farm. To daughter Esther Elizabeth
Gregory, wife of C.W. Gregory and their heirs 75 acres of home farm. I own shares
in Wm. Bowers farm and interests in Wm. Webb's estate. To two daughters
Mary Jane Isbill, wife of G.W. Isbill, and Susan Lodenia Williams, wife
of J.W. Williams the Bowers Farm. To my grandson Robert Kyle
Webb, son of my son Wm. Webb, dec'd. $150.00 when he comes of age. To three
sons Elijah, Nelson, and James farm implements. Wife Louisa to
recieve life support. Exectors, two sons-in-law Geo.W. Isbill, Joseph W. Williams.
Wits. S.M. Haun, S.D. Wells, W.C. Love. Executed Oct. 12,1880. Codicil dated July 8, 1881. -
property to children switched around. Also Peyton Hudson who came to live with
Thomas Webb fifteen years ago to continue to live with son James W. Webb on
