One half of farm to wife Polly and one half to son Isaac M.H. Burleson. To daughter Octavy O. the farm where Jesse Coleman lives., and some personal property. To daughter Charlotte farms where Zachariah and James Johnson formerly lived, to son William one half of farm where Sam'l Smalling lives. To son John R.D. the other half of said farm. He was in Cocke County, Tn. before his move to Monroe County around 1824. Mary Coleman was his second wife. He is believed to have has a son Edward Burleson by his first wife whose name is unknown. Edward stayed in NC. and raised his family.

Mary Coleman's grandfather was Spencer Coleman, who served in the Rev. War. He was from Va. His will is reg. in Monroe County.

Isaac purchased 160 acres on waters of Tellico River Mar. 1, 1828 from the estate of John Isbill.
Isaac purchased 155 acres Nov. 14, 1834 for $450.00, 5 acres have been given for a meeting house.
Isaac purchased land Oct. 3, 1844 from Thomas H. Calloway for $258.00.
Isaac purchased 106 acres on Tellico River Mar. 2, 1840 from Zachariah Johnson for $350.00.
