Polyclinic Hosp and Orthopedic Hosp; moved to Los Angeles 1907.
Practice limited to mental & nervous disease; served on faculty Los
Angeles County Gen. Hosp., Santa Rita Clinic, etc.Member Nat'l Guard
PA 1885-86; served in Spanish-Amer. War, 1898; mem.,1st Troop, Phila.
CityCavalry, 1899-1907; Capt.,Med Corps, World War (1) with AEF,
1917-19; Chief of Latvian Section, Baltic Mission. Mem.: Am, CA & LA
Co. Med. societies, LA Clinical & Pathol. Soc., LA Soc. of Mental &
Nervous diseases(Pres.), A.A.A.S. Soc. Research Mental & Nervous

Baltic Cross, Latvian Jubilee Medal, Order of St. Vladimir (4th

med. journals. Author of "Children, Inc."( the account of his tour of
duty in Latvia - fascinating account. Apparently he was in Latvia at
about the same time as George Washburn was in Turkey with the Near
East Relief Expedition.) Specialized in medico-legal actions.
