Bethia - was born Abt. 1745, and died Bef. 25 Sep 1825 in Holy Trinity, Kingswood. She married Samuel Lapham, son of Thomas Lapham.
Notes for Bethia -:
I have nothing on the origins of Thomas LAPHAM at the head of your list. I have not heard of an origin of the name in foreign parts.
His wife Bethia died on 15.9.1825 and was buried on 25.9.1825 aged 80 at Holy Trinity, Kingswood, Bitton. She left a will proved 1826 - copy at Glos. Record Office.
I think there MAY have been a daughter Bethia who remained single and, in 1859 was awarded 10 acres by the Enclosure Commission for right of Common for "Dimmock's", Parkwall which was leashold from Samuel WHITTUCK. of Hanham. She was still the occupier in the 1870's.
